History of The Throne Room Praise Concert

The Throne Room Concert was founded by Minister Emmanuel Ogbeta, a passionate worship leader and minister, whose vision was to create an atmosphere where people could encounter God’s presence through deep, heartfelt worship. The journey began in 2024, when Minister Ogbeta, along with a small team from Pem church(Praise evangelical ministry), hosted the first concert. His desire was to see the church community come together in unity, lifting their voices in praise and experiencing a divine encounter with God.

The concert was inspired by Minister Emmanuel Ogbeta’s deep love for worship and his understanding of the power of music to transcend barriers and touch the hearts of believers. From the beginning, his goal was to bring people into the “throne room” of God’s presence, allowing them to experience spiritual renewal and transformation.

The name The Throne Room was inspired by the imagery found in the book of Revelation (Revelation 4), where the throne of God is surrounded by eternal worship. Minister Ogbeta felt led to create a worship experience that mirrors this heavenly scene, where people from all walks of life could come together to exalt the name of Jesus.

Since its inception, The Throne Room Concert has grown exponentially under Minister Ogbeta’s leadership. What started as a modest gathering has now become a major event in the church’s calendar, drawing worshippers not only from the local community but from surrounding regions. Each year, the concert features a dynamic mix of traditional and contemporary Christian music, led by the church’s worship team as well as renowned guest artists.

Over the years, the concert has become known for its powerful worship sessions, testimonies of healing, and personal breakthroughs, as attendees experience the presence of God in life-changing ways. Minister Emmanuel Ogbeta’s passion for worship and his dedication to fostering a culture of praise has been the driving force behind the event’s success.

As The Throne Room Concert continues to grow, the heart of the event remains the same: to glorify God, draw people into His presence, and create a space where heaven touches earth. Minister Emmanuel Ogbeta’s vision lives on through this annual event, and the church eagerly anticipates the continued impact it will have on the lives of many for years to come.
